My husband and I have been watching the Dallas Classifieds for houses for sale by owner. We really want to get a good deal on a house and we think that purchasing one without using a realtor is the way to go. There are so many for sale that the search seems overwhelming. However, I have to tell myself that it only takes one house, so it doesn’t matter that there are a ton of options. I hope we find the right one.  It is all so affordable and the homes are quite nice. I thought that it would be more expensive to live there, but it is the opposite.
