Now that it is almost 2012, wow it sounds weird to say that. It seems like we were gearing up for 2000 just a couple of years ago. Anyway, it looks like 2012 will be a fairly good year for sales and prices. Don’t get me wrong, there is no new boom coming, but prices should go up just a little bit, and sales should also increase over last year. Starting in January, when you check the MLS Calgary listings I think you will see an increase in properties listed and selling. But like I said it will be nothing spectacular. The ongoing European financial mess will see to that. However with oil prices hovering around $100 things should be good.
