So, at what time where you coerced or forced to accept a Section 8 tenant. It was of your own choosing. And once again, I do not see the correlation between Section 8 and real estate estate. The government IS in the people business. I do NOT want them in the real estate business. Fannie and Freddie alone are proof enough of why the Federal Government should not be in the real estate business. As for Section 8 tenants, they are like any other tenant. Some are good and some are bad. It is up to the landlord to do the due diligence in either case.
